A small but significant milestone for Is Due On. We have crossed 100 users mark today. 100 users is not a big deal as such but it is a validation of the idea behind Is Due On.

Next milestone - 500 users! Lets see when we get there.

Some minor enhancements have been made today :-

• Bills/items can now be categorized in three categories - Payable/Receivable/Important Date.
• Total of all the payable and receivable items for the month is displayed. This is a precursor to a major feature to come - account balance predictor.
• Due items for the current month are now highlighted to separate them from dues items from other months.
• Item edit mechanism changed. Now instead of double clicking on an item to edit, it you can click on the pencil icon to edit.
• And some other UI related changes have been made.

The main change has been in the front end programming. We have shifted to Microsoft's AJAX implementation from the earlier jQuery based AJAX. This will simplify the things for us and will make it easier to add new things in future with minimal coding efforts.
